"Our exercise and nutrition program
produced extremely positive results! The goals that we set for our
wedding and honeymoon were exceeded and we couldn't be happier.
The program was structured around our schedules and lifestyle so
that it was easier to maintain and ensured our success. The meal
suggestions and plans were also personalized with the foods we
like . We are so appreciative and thankful for the knowledge we
learned about healthy living that we can follow throughout our
life!"

"Something
has always bothered me about the big bulky weight-lifting trainer
at the gym who spends time leaning against the machine their
client is working out on, staring out the window, or talking to
the blonde bombshell on the next piece of equipment. When I
decided to explore other training options, I found Natalie. She is
very ambitious and extremely focused on individualized health and
wellness plans for her clients. Natalie is very passionate about
physical health, nutrition, mental health and spirituality. I feel
very lucky to have found someone who focuses on me as a whole
person. Natalie helped me remain calm, fit and focused on the
positive during my recent wedding planning, not to mention I
looked great in my photos! If you're looking for more than just
the average training session, I very much recommend spending some
time with Natalie. The quality and personalized service you will
receive far outweigh the costs of her services.
Love You Nat!"

"My 30th birthday
was looming and I had gained these pesky 15 pounds that were not
budging. I have never been one to stick to a workout or a diet but
needed to do something. I work in an intense work environment full
of stress and demand , I had to find the time to workout but with
10 hour work days and a family when would there be time??
Then I met Natalie, who put everything into perspective. Her
positive way of thinking and realistic approach to find the time
to work out got me motivated. There is time to workout and once it
began she was right. My life is so balanced since I have started
working out with Natalie 3 days a week. Not only has it helped
with my weight loss but it has helped my attitude overall. I feel
energized and ready for any obstacles I may have to deal with at
work (and there are many). It has also helped me keep up with my
two kids who are never tired."

"I
am a mother of 4, who works part-time and is active in my
children’s extra curricular activities. So I am held accountable
to many people, but I found I was not accountable to myself in
regards to my health and well being. I was talking to a friend who
had success with weight loss and conditioning and recommended,
Fitness Elements. I held onto the card for 4 months. I talked
myself out of calling on numerous accessions because I told myself
“I exercise and eat well, I can do this on your own”. I have been
trying to do it on my own for two years and it wasn’t working. So
I finally decided I needed help, support and knowledge in order to
lose some unwanted weight and regain my energy, good health and a
toned body. Natalie from Fitness Elements provided me with
knowledge in nutrition by establishing an eating scheduled and
program which was easy to incorporate into my busy schedule and
family meals. I never once felt deprived, hungry or obsessed with
food. The other element she provided was her experience and
knowledge in exercise and how to get the best cardio and strength
training in one hour. The whole process was extremely easy to
incorporate into my schedule because Natalie would come to my home
and provided all the equipment, the knowledge, the encouragement,
the hope and “accountability” that I needed in order to succeed. I
achieved my weight loss goal, 10 lbs, inches loss and body fat
loss. More importantly I am toner, firmer and feel great. My
clothes fit better and I am back into my favorite jeans. In the
end, Natalie gave me the tools needed to continue and maintain my
success."

"I have been heavy
for many years, but since being diagnosed with Lupus in 2000 I had
resigned myself to the fact that I would always be overweight,
because that is just how Lupus patients are. WRONG! I was allowing
my life to fizzle away -- throwing away the privilege of seeing my
sons' marry, cuddle future grandchildren and some day share an
oxygen tank with my soul mate. How selfish is that??
My journey started in September 2006 while carrying a basket of
clothes to the laundry room. By the time I made the distance from
bedroom to laundry room I was so winded I thought I was going to
pass out. I figured my only option was to put down the basket, go
to the family room, turn on the TV and sit. (How pathetic!) But,
when the TV came on what should appear but 'The Biggest Loser,'
and there started my inspiration. Tears flowed when I saw those
people, larger than I, moving faster and more fluid than I, but
more over, just MOVING!! I immediately signed up for their online
program, printed out the weekly menus and did the appropriate
shopping…then came the workouts. ME??? Maybe my husband would like
to join me, I thought, and we could motivate and encourage each
other. Well, he did…and still, there I was!
Needless to say, I needed more accountability in my life. Life as
an obese individual, for me, was not a life of thought, and I
needed someone to tell me what to do and help me think again. We
found a trainer through Fitness Elements. She comes to the house
twice a week and then a one-hour coaching call another day gets
into nutrition, emotions, goals, stress elimination, etc. Dealing
with emotions has really helped me with my eating patterns.
I have learned so much about myself…I guess the main thing is that
I can MOVE and SWEAT and I won't drop dead doing it. (I am proud
to say that I am now doing sprints down the same hall between the
bedroom and laundry room that I mentioned above.)
I was caught up in my preconceived world of EASY, and if EASY was
not an option…I didn't do whatever it was! I knew weight loss was
a commitment and commitments don't come EASY. It was a definite
battle, but I knew that if I was going to conquer this Goliath in
my life, and be successful, I was going to have to trust myself,
stay focused on my goal and make sure that no matter what happened
on a given day, that I would wake up that next morning and start
anew! There have been bumps (which are less frequent now), but
that next day always comes.
Because fast food was an integral part of my day, returning to the
kitchen was a real challenge, rather intimidating actually.
However, meal preparation has been fun as it has been a time to
spend with my husband…Oh, did I mention that he is right beside me
on this! At breakfast, while he is scrambling the egg whites, I am
cooking the oatmeal; dinner, him the tomatoes, me the broccoli.
Extra time together…getting fit and healthy together. It has added
fun and, a little spice, if you will, to my new life!
It has been tough at times, but my God the rewards are phenomenal;
the confidence that has surfaced…and the health benefits -- WHEW!!
This is a life change that I have made so whatever it takes and
however long it takes, I'm in!!
Finally, I am in no way done with my journey, but I can tell you
that the laundry basket is getting easier to carry, not only
because I am more fit, but because the clothes are smaller. ;o)"

"My weight gain
really started taking off after I got a job in the computer field
in 1988. I went from a job where I worked outside a lot and was
physically active most of the day to a job where I sat in a chair
most of the day, staring at a computer screen and typing on a
keyboard. I was already over weight by about 30 pounds because I
had horrible eating habits and I did not exercise on a regular
basis. Now take away what little physical activity I had in my job
and you can imagine what happened—I slowly gained another 120
pounds. I am 6’3” tall and at my heaviest I tipped the scale at
385 pounds I am a large boned guy but 385 pounds is about 150
pounds too much for me.
I started my own weight loss routine by doing the Atkins diet. I
lost 30 pounds and then stopped losing weight, probably because I
was not exercising. Then I switched over to Weight Watchers and
started following exercise video routines at home. I lost another
30 pounds. Then we sold our home and moved into an apartment for
six months awaiting a new home to be built. During that time I
stopped Weight Watchers, stopped exercising, and started my old
eating habits. I quickly gained back 30 of the 60 pounds that I
tried so hard to lose forever. Another try, another failure. I
figured I was going to be obese the rest of my life.
After we moved into our new home my wife and I started watching
“The Biggest Loser” TV program. I saw people, just as obese or
more obese than I was, changing their bodies, changing their
minds, and changing their lives for the better. We signed up for
the their on-line program and printed out the weekly menus to do
our grocery shopping. I soon realized that changing my eating
habits and changing my exercise habits was tougher than I thought.
Just like the people we were watching on the TV program, we needed
help from a professional.
I searched the Internet for personal trainers in our area and
called the first three on the list. Two of them seemed more
interested in my money than my health but the third one, Fitness
Elements, sounded different. Natalie Pyles of Fitness Elements
talked about fitness and also eating and esteem. She also
guaranteed results or my money back. After free one-on-one
consultations with Natalie we were convinced that she would be
able to help us change our lives for the better.
Natalie came to our home three time per week. She developed and
taught us an exercise routine that would meet our weight loss and
fitness goals. She developed a nutrition plan for us and she
taught us about nutrition. She had us start a daily journal so we
could keep track of our eating and exercising. She kept us
accountable to her and ourselves! Sometimes the home visits would
be coaching sessions where Natalie would help us learn to deal
with emotions, stress, and goal setting. We were on our way!
I am very happy to say that we found the winning combination with
Natalie. Under Natalie’s guidance I have lost about 70 pounds and
I am more fit than I have been in decades. I move better, breath
better, feel better than I have in a long time. I still have
another 50 pounds to lose to reach my ultimate weight lose goal
but Natalie has given me the tools I need to succeed.
Thank you Natalie!"
